Why do you ask for my e-mail address? Will you be sending me frequent e-mails or sell it to outside companies or groups?

Your email is safe. It will only be used for order confirmation and receipt, shipping confirmation, and customer care. nolarola will not provide our customers’ personal or financial information to other companies or individuals.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. You may also use PayPal or send a check for payment. If paying by check, your order will not ship until the check clears your bank. This may add 2 weeks or more to your shipment being sent out.

What countries do you ship to?

Orders placed on the website can be shipped to anywhere in the United States or Canada. According to the USPS website the following territories are included in the US mail rates:

  • American Samoa,
  • Federated States of Micronesia,
  • Guam,
  • Marshall Islands,
  • Northern Mariana Islands,
  • Palau,
  • Puerto Rico,
  • Virgin Islands.

How long will it take for my order to be sent out?

Shipments are typically sent out within 2-5 business days from order placement if paying by credit card or PayPal.

US Orders: Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail or USPS Retail Ground to allow tracking. Timing for delivery depends upon which shipping method customers select. Priority Mail is typically delivered in 2-5 days. USPS Retail Ground may take up to 20 days.

Canadian Orders: Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail International or First-Class Package International Service to allow for tracking. Timing for delivery depends upon which shipping method customers select and varies by destination. The e-mail you are sent when the package ships will contain approximate delivery times.

What if I don’t like the nolarola? Can I return it?

Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your nolarola, we will refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Email your refund request to nolarola1@ymail.com or call 310-733-6555 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m. PT

Place returns in original shipping container and send via USPS to:

Once the returned shipment has been received your Credit Card or PayPal account will be credited for the original cost of the nolarola, minus packaging/shipping. If you paid by check, you will be sent a check.
